These Terms and Conditions govern your use of shangcheng.mom (the “Store”) and your purchase of products through the Store. By accessing the Store, placing an order, or paying through a gift payment link, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must have legal capacity to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted through your account or during checkout and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must notify Customer Service promptly if you suspect unauthorized account activity.

2. Products and availability

We aim to describe products, colours, sizes, materials and specifications accurately. Screen settings and production batches may cause minor differences. Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted. We may limit quantities, correct errors, or cancel an unavailable item and issue the applicable refund.

3. Prices, currencies and taxes

Prices are shown in the currency selected on the Store. Your bank or payment provider may apply exchange rates or fees. Unless stated otherwise, shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes and similar charges are calculated separately or payable by the recipient. You are responsible for charges imposed by the destination country unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

4. Orders and payment

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily mean acceptance. An order is accepted when we confirm shipment or otherwise confirm acceptance. You authorize us and our payment service providers to charge the amount displayed at checkout. We may request reasonable verification or cancel and refund an order where fraud, pricing error, stock shortage or legal restriction is suspected.

5. Gift payment links

A customer may create a unique link containing a selected product, delivery details and an optional gift message. The person receiving the link may pay without creating a separate account or re-entering the order details. Gift links should be shared only with the intended payer. Anyone with a valid link may be able to view limited order information and initiate checkout. Do not publish a gift link publicly. Links may expire, become invalid after use, or be cancelled for security reasons.

The person creating a gift link confirms that they are authorized to provide the recipient’s name, address and contact information for delivery and related customer service.

6. Shipping and delivery

Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated. Delays may occur because of customs, carriers, weather, public holidays, incorrect addresses or events outside our reasonable control. Please check the delivery address before submitting an order. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged where permitted by law.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights available under applicable law.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use the Store for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity; interfere with the Store’s security or operation; scrape or copy content without permission; upload malicious code; impersonate another person; misuse gift links; or infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.

9. Intellectual property

The Store’s software, design, text, graphics, logos and other content are owned by or licensed to the Store and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the Store only for personal shopping purposes unless we give written permission for another use.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Store is provided on an “as available” basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss caused by matters outside our reasonable control. Our aggregate liability relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount paid for that product or order, except where applicable law does not allow such limitation. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Governing rules and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the Store operator’s principal place of business, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their place of residence. Please contact Customer Service first so we can try to resolve any concern promptly. You may also use any complaint or dispute-resolution channel available under applicable law.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms for legal, operational or security reasons. The updated version applies from the date posted and will not retroactively reduce rights already attached to an accepted order. For questions, use the Store’s “Contact Customer Service” channel and include your order number where relevant.
